When will my order ship?
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1-4 business days. Please note, it can take additional time once you receive your tracking code to see status updates populate on your tracking number.

What are your average shipping times?

For orders within the United States:
We ship orders via our Chinese distribution center. Orders typically arrive within 3 - 4 weeks (depending on location) from the date of purchase. 

For international orders:
We ship with a number of trusted carriers from our international warehouse. Average global shipping time includes 1-3 days of order processing and then 3 - 4 weeks after processing for the shipment to arrive depending on your location.

 

How much is shipping?
We offer free global shipping.

How do I track my order?
Once you receive a shipping confirmation with tracking number, you can track your order by clicking the "Track My Order" button in the menu and then inputting your tracking number.

How do I cancel an order?
We are only able to cancel orders within the first 6 hours after the order is placed. After that the order has most likely been processed and is preparing for shipment or has been shipped. 

What is your return policy?
You have 14 days from your order date to begin the returns process. Contact us and we’ll be happy to assist you reviewing the case. Please do not return anything before we review the case. Our customer service team will review the request and will send further instructions. You will be required to return the item at your own expense and we recommend using an insured and tracked shipping service. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and include all original accessories.
